Return to Center Philosophy

I have been seeing Meg for my jaw. She has been an incredible and passionate practitioner. I always get off the table feeling like a whole new person…no stress, pain or tightness. I feel lighter, looser, and more myself than ever before. She uses multiple techniques to treat my pain and dives deeper to find its source. She holds space that is free of judgement and full of compassion and understanding. -AF

When we get pulled off center and life becomes unbalanced, we lose vitality. We lose our body’s harmonious, integrated, moving flow.

Anything that hinders this harmonious movement can create pain. The blocks that cause suffering can be physical, emotional or spiritual in nature. Your pain is the messenger in your story. It often stems from unintegrated life events and can come from any number of sources—from surgeries and accidents to emotional upheaval or past trauma. The message is simple: something is out of balance.

In order to heal, we often need help decoding the messages our body sends. We need someone to listen to the story our body is telling. We need to find the right practitioner, to figure out the meaning behind the pain, and find the right tool for unwinding it. As we return to center, following the innate healing design of our body, there is the possibility of personal growth and flourishing of life energy. We feel more whole. We feel more flow.

I help people discover their body’s innate capacity to return to a state of health—restoring their vitality. I believe every body can return to center. If these ideas resonate with you, I hope you’ll get in touch so we can begin this work. Find out more about how I can help you.
